Electrostatic Powder Paint
Electrostatic powder paint is a solvent-free and environmentally friendly method for surface coating. In this method, very fine powder paint particles are used as the coating material. Powder paint is sprayed onto the material surface from the paint booth using special paint guns. During this time, the powder paint particles are electrostatically charged and adhere to the material surface, thus providing a homogeneous coating.
In order for them to adhere completely to the material surface, the electrical balance between the material and the paint particles must be ensured. Therefore, grounding of the material is important. Excess paint is collected and put back into use thanks to the paint recovery system in the booth. This recovery system is one of the economic advantages of electrostatic powder coating technology.
After the coating process, the material is placed in the baking oven. The oven operates at a temperature of approximately 200ºC, allowing the powder paint to melt and adhere to the material. The result is a very durable, economical, environmentally friendly, wide-coloured and glossy surface coating.

Features and Advantages of Electrostatic Powder Paint
High Adhesion Strength
The electrostatic charging method adheres the powder paint to the surface evenly and homogeneously. This ensures excellent coverage and minimises paint waste.
Homogeneous Coating
Thanks to electrostatic spraying, powder paint is distributed smoothly and evenly on the surface. This helps to achieve an aesthetically appealing appearance.
Endurance
Electrostatic powder paints show high resistance to abrasion, scratching and chemical effects. This ensures longevity of painted surfaces.
Environmentally Friendly
Electrostatic powder paints do not contain solvents and do not release harmful gases during application. Therefore, it is an environmentally friendly coating solution.
Efficiency
The electrostatic spray system directs the powder paint towards the target surface, reducing waste. This saves on material and labor costs.
Wide Range of Colors and Textures
Electrostatic powder paints offer a wide range of colors and various texture options. This provides flexibility for decorative and aesthetic applications.
Curing Process
Electrostatic powder paints are cured by baking at high temperatures. This ensures that the paint adheres completely to the surface and forms a durable coating.

Eco-Friendly and Healthy
Homogeneous Coating: The electrostatic charging method ensures that the powder paint adheres to the surface evenly and smoothly. This provides an aesthetic and attractive finish.
Wide Color and Texture Options: Powder coatings offer a variety of color and texture options, providing a wide range of decorative and aesthetic applications.
Durability and Protection
High Physical Resistance: Powder coatings have high resistance to abrasion, scratches and impacts. This ensures the long life of the painted surfaces.
Chemical Resistance: Powder paints, which are resistant to various chemicals, provide excellent protection in industrial and outdoor applications.
Aesthetics and Ease of Application
Solvent-Free Structure: Powder paints do not contain solvents, therefore they do not emit harmful volatile organic compounds (VOCs) into the environment. This provides a great advantage for both the environment and human health.
Low Waste: Powder coatings produce minimal waste. Excess applied paint can be collected and reused.
